after updating to 13.5.4 windows does not preview .moho thumbnails. anyone have this issue?

I'm seeing thumbnails with Windows 10 and Moho 13.5.5. Here's what I see in Explorer...

Have you checked the Preview Thumbnail setting in Preferences >Documents?...

Yeah, I lost thumbnails quit some time ago. Clearing the thumbnail cache worked on Windows 8, but not now that I've upgraded to 10.
For me, it seemed that having multiple copies of the same major version (public and beta) installed is where it started.

I haven't tried yet, but probably uninstalled and removing all the Moho install files from AppData and ProgramData, and then maybe clearing the thumbnail cache, might do the trick.

I installed older moho 12.5 after 13.5.5 and it worked.

Isn't there a simpler way to solve this? I have the same problem.
