[Solved] MOHO 1.5.2 can't run after fresh installation of Win10 Home

Hello Everybody, I'm "casual" Moho user since "Anime studio Pro 6". I've just changed my Windows 10 HDD by a bigger SSD, fresh install.
No problem with intallation but no way to run the software :

I've tried a lot of things to fix this issue :
- Install Microsoft Visual C++
Install Net.Framework 4.8
Run as Administrator
Run with compatibilities tweaks (Win 7, Win 8, Win10)
Install some missing DLL (Tutorials)

Hopeful for an answer soon. Did a clean install of Windows 10 on my desktop as part of an upgrade and installed Moho 13.5 and I get that same error message ( just in English )

It would help to know what the error message says in English, seeing as this is a primarily English forum.

the application didn't succeed in starting correctly. Click OK to close the application. (error code 0xc000007b)

That was our plan. Unfortunately not. I guess everybody runs Moho smoothly on Win10.
I was happy Lost Marble Acquired Moho and the roadline they took.
I'm desperate.

Succeed ! I changed the support of intallation of Win10 and follow the instructions until VB C++.
Then I had to cancel all my licence to renew it, and it work smoothly. Many Thanks.
