Where can I download The Dictionary and The Pad Papagayo script?

Mike Kelley has a script for Papagayo to reduce the time it takes to align text words with the audio in Papagayo called "Pad Papagayo File".
Mike also made a dictionary for Papagayo to reduce the number of phonemes generated for easier editing. He said "Wes" might have it?...

Sadly, I lost my library of old scripts a few years back, due to a computer crash.

Download works fine...select all files, click the Download button, and Google gathers the files into a single .zip file.
I haven't tried the files yet. Maybe get to that this evening.
