when i select end of timeline and export video it renders right before the end by second or less which is weird, so i have to extend timeline end selection to get my full video render

This bug has been reported. From earlier tests, I found that it did render the whole animation. but had the wrong framerate, so the exported video was one second shorter. This happens with every format except AVI on Windows.
