Import Audio is always greyed out

Hi,
My last version was 11, recently I have wanted to get back into animating and love Moho. However I found the V13 demo to be very unstable on my iMac. So when I saw 13.5 was out I snagged the demo. Not crashing a lot so that's good, however I have run into one issue. In all cases the Import Audio menu item is greyed out. It worked n the 13.0 demo. Am I doing something wrong or is this featured disabled in the demo? I hope not because this is vital to me trying it out.
Much thanks,
Tony

According to the manual, "you cannot import any external file formats" in demo mode. This was the same in 12.5.

Just curious but does the library work in demo mode? If so, you can import the audio files from there (File>Import>Library>Audio) for testing purposes.
And if you don't mind jumping through hoops, maybe you can copy your own sound files to the Library's audio location, and then select it from the menu. You'll probably need to restart Moho for the file to appear. (I'm not sure this trick actually works, just a thought.)

Oddly as it turns out you can import audio files with a keyboard shortcut but not the menu. Command-Shift-Y on a Mac. Disabling anything in a demo is just plain stupid though, if I hadn't stumbled in the shortcut I would have deleted the demo as that feature is very important to my work. I really want to use Moho again but I have reservations about how stable it is and the fact the company doesn't seem to on top of things with their own product. For instance the tutorial documentation has a section 8 which refers to files for the new bone feature but those files are not included even though they are referenced. Also the demo never times out, not that this is a bad thing but its says 30 days and never counts down. That gives me the impression again that they aren't really on top of things with the programming. What has been the experience of those who are running 13.5 with stability and support? I had been using version 11 which no longer works on Macs and while I loved it it was always buggy and I often had to shut it down and restart to get certain features to work correctly.
