combining switch Lipsync head bone rig

I have been hours at trying to understand a problem

I have boned a figure and it moves as it should. The problem is that the head is part of a group with switch folders containing lipsync images and a switch folder with eye images. Only bone key frames register on play back and the lipsync and eye moves are lost. I just cant understand how I should do this. Is there another way of bindingthesde folder to the head so as they stay together

Any pointer gratefully received..

So the switch layers work, but they just don't follow the head bone?

If so, you need to layer bind them to the head bone.
