Is there really such a thing as Undo?

I have enjoyed using Papaguyo. However, the undo option in the program doesn't undo anything at all?!
And in the Edit drop down menu "Cutt" should be "Cut"

In fact any Edit menu comand have never worked to me at the moment... we'll see...
