adding bones to a skeleton after doing some animation

Hi,

I just found out I needed some more bones on a part of my skeleton I had not started animating yet. I did animate some other parts.

I went back to frame 0, added the image layer and imported the image.
Added a bone, did the offset thing, and tried it with manipulate bones.
So far, so good.

Then I went back to my scene (frame 0+), and tried manipulate bones there. Nothing. I can move/rotate/scale the bone, but the image does not follow.

Anyone know why? And how I fix this?

Ignore that, I just found that I had a stray key on the layer translation.
