Well, this is a very ancient issue but (incredibly 
) I had never wrote about it... The case is that after manipulate bones with Manipulate Bones tool, Undo comand is greyed and I can't "rewind" to that previous steps never more 
, a little pain and... well, I always have wonder why this is so... BYE!
