Victor Paredes in Webinar Simplifying your animation work flow @ 51.40 goes to insert his existing walk cycle back into the timeline from the actions window, but finds he hasn't created the action from the walk cycle from the timeline in the actions window, from there I can't follow how he got the existing walk cycle into the actions window.

Probably copies it from the mainline, by right-clicking it in the action window, while editing the new action.

thanks synthsin75 gave it a go before posting and it didn't work, now appears to work, although the right-clicking I didn't try.
