This is the Nested Interpolation feature, it is pretty cool.

I think so. I'm all excited by the new nested interpolation feature but I recently ran into the disabled editing bug in 12.3, so it's worth upgrading if only to avoid that. (This bug was mostly reported by Mac users, so Mac users will certainly want to update. I'm on Windows so it apparently affects some Windows users too.)

The only thing is this GPU disabling.
I have a project I'm just starting that requires bitmap layers, GPU worked great for that. Personally I find it hard to work if there are visual distortions or artefacts, I find aliasing especially distracting. DIsabled gpu can mean vector transparency over bitmaps can make for blocky, aliased black areas, which means I probably can't use it for that project even if it is more stable..... quite a dilemma . .

GPU is only disabled by default. You can reenable it.

Ugh...that's annoying. From what I gathered from the description in the other post, disabling GPU by default was necessary to allow the nested interpolation. I think they're re-engineering Moho's GPU support to improve display quality so hopefully well see a fix for this soon. In the meantime, I'd keep both 12.3 and 12.4 online. I usually keep the last handful of versions available in case I need to go back to an earlier version. Unfortunately, 'going back' not being able to use nested interpolation.

I did the same thing, Chucky. Thought I had the latest build.

I was wondering, does nested interpolation work with GPU enabled? I've played around with nested Interpolation in 12.4 but I haven't had time to check it with GPU enabled yet. (I normally have it off.)

I must have misread that. I did a quick and dirty test, and enabling GPU does not prevent nested interpolation. It's all good. Yay!
