lips stop lipsyncing in the middle of animation! Need help!

Short and sweet. I use papagoya and this time while animating I was on my last character and at the very end the lips stop moving even though I have phonemes and the lip sync keyframes. Anybody else experience this? Any solutions.

a thought -- are the last keyframes after the "end frame" (project settings)? (shortcut: alt-rightClick on the timeline frame numbers ribbon to change the end frame)
[if that's not it ... maybe post the file?]
