What would be a way to reverse the animation ? Can I make animation reversed so it goes backward at the same speed?

If you freeze the keyframe at the beginning and end of your animation, you might be able to cross-over the selected range using Alt. This might not work for more complicated setups though. Make sure apply the same 'reverse stretching' to all the layers that have keyframes. Using the Timeline Visibility boxes might help here.

Another trick is to render the animation, import the sequence, and enable Play Backwards for the layer.

or use the "reverse the footage" feature in your video editor?
