Timeline inside an action is pink instead of blue

This is probably a very noob question...
I'm animating a head up/down. I created an action for that and in many cases I'm animating the layer itself using "Transform Layer" and "Rotate Layer XY" tools. The problem is that some of the layers I'm animating moves perfectly inside the action, but at the mainline they don't.
I returned to that action and noticed that the layers that do not move in mainline has the timeline background "pink" instead of "blue". Obviously this color change means something, but I don't know what.

Sounds like they are invisible at those frames.

With invisible you mean with the visibility off? No, that layer is visible and I can see that it do not move when I turn the smart bone dial for that action. But inside the action it is moving when I drag the timeline.
When I turn a active layer invisible the time line turns almost red, in my case is some kind of pink.

Pink is a regular action. Blue actions have the same name as the controlling smart bone.

The pink and the blue timeline are different layers that belongs to the same action controlled by the same smart bone dial. The difference between them is that the blue is animated in mainline and the pink is not. Both are animated inside the action.
What I did to make that timeline pink and not blue? How revert that? How make both layers move in mainline?

Are you sure that layer's action has the exact same name as the bone? No extra spaces or anything?

I create a bone and choose "Create Smart Bone Dial" from the menu. Next it asks for a name. So the name was given automatically to both, the action and the bone.
Right now I think that is a bug or some kind of weird problem with my file.
Can you tell me how to create an action with the pink timeline background? I want to understand how it is different from the way I'm doing until now.

Your picture looks right, but I'd have to see the action panel for that layer, or the file itself, to find the problem.

This is a link to my screen capture:

I have a masked group call "Head", inside I have "Eyes_Mackeup", "Mackeup" and "Head". Only the layer "Head" moves in mainline. All of them move inside the Action timeline ("Up-Head-Down" action).
This action includes other Group Layers like "Face", that contain other groups, including masked groups. Everything works except "Eyes_Mackup" and "Mackeup".

I'd have to see the action window for the problem layer compared with the action window for a working layer.

You can watch the video here:

I realize that I have others layers with pink background timeline and they work fine, so I really don't know what is going on here. I can say that this file has some problem because Moho crashes frequently while I'm editing it.
I thought that the problem (crashes) was caused by some trouble with my Moho installation, but I tested this same file with Moho for Windows and it crashes there as well. I just need to use some Command+Z (CTRL+Z on windows) and it crashes almost every time. Some times just by moving a point it crashes...
I just bought Moho last month and I'm in contact with the technical support about those crashes. I don't know if this problem with this layer that don't move has any relation with the bigger problem that makes my Moho crash.
I'm lost and afraid of start from the beginning again and end up with the same problem: Moho crashing 10 - 15 times every day.

Do those actions show for the head group layer?
If so, I'd have to see the file, because you're not showing enough to troubleshoot it.

Oh, I see the problem. Since you have the Head group layer layer-bound to the Head bone, no smart bones can affect its sublayers.
Looks like you had it half-right, since you had the sublayers "Macheup" and "Head" layer-bound. You just need to unbind the Head group and bind the "Eyes_Mackeup" layer.
