Problem with exporting animation

Hey guys!
I tried to export an animation but it would not open. A message box pops up with the following:
"Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file."
How do I fix this?

Extra information:
- the animation was made in Moho pro trial mode
- I used the debut version to export the animation
- the exporting process took 2 days until it finished
- there are about 1600 frames in the animation

Thanks!

Make sure your version of WMP supports the file type: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hel ... dia-player
Try something like VLC player, that supports more file types.

Thanks for your help!
The exportation worked when I selected the option to export as AVI rather than mp4. :D

WTF?

Why does it take so long? It is very complex, or do you have a very slow computer?

Hmm... I do have some particle layers but honestly it isn't even that complex.
Thanks for pointing that out (about having a slow computer), exporting take soooo long, as I'm writing this the project is STILL in the exporting process.
In the future I'll try exporting on a different desktop computer to check it out.

You might try exporting .png sequences, then editing them together with the soundtrack in a program like Premiere or HitFilm.
