I was wondering what the purpose of the Add Ons was. is it just for learning or can you use it commercially?

For example, If I bought the Election Pack 2016 http://my.smithmicro.com/anime-studio-a ... -pack.html -could I then use it to have Donald Trump in a commercial?

Yes, according to the EULA, you can use it for a commercial.

It's the End User License Agreement. It comes as a text file in each pack.
Actually, related to the Election Pack and based on the forum feedback, we updated that file last year to make it more clear:

Thanks Victor, I was thinking about this matter. I was planning to do some animations with the pack for fun and post it to Youtube but I was insecure
