Moho Animation Forum

Hello friends, this is my first post.
I'm using a Mac Book Pro 2011 (Intel Core i5 2.3Ghz / 8GB RAM / Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB) with Mac OS 10.11.6 El Capitan.

I bought Moho 12 Debut and later I asked for a refund and bought Moho 12 Pro.
I didn't uninstalled Moho Debut, just deactivated the Serial Number and inserted the Serial Number for Pro version.

Well, when I was using Debut, I really don't remember any crash, it was running really good. After move to Pro, Moho 12 crashes frequently.

I deleted Moho and re-installed. I have fewer crashes now, but it still crashes (4-5 times this morning). Specially when I'm editing a complex Reference Layer.

So, I want to know how to completely remove Moho and do a clean install. I hope this solve my problems.

Thank you for your help.
I was unable to find those folders because they was hidden. I finally found them and still, after re-install, Moho do not asked for my Serial Number and my shortcut preferences was still there. Wasn't a real clean install after all.

I'm in contact with Technical Support now.
