WHAT DOES IT DO?
This tool will gradually push selected points back to the position they were in at the previous frame.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Simply select the points you want to relax and press the relax points button. Each time you press the relax points button, the selected points will get closer and closer to their positions in the previous frame.

No specific projects, it's a pretty standard feature in a lot of 3d programs. It's useful for mesh warping.
