Witch one is better for running moho12?

I run it on Windows but from what many Mac users here say, the program runs much the same on either platform. Windows users may have a few extra display options and Mac users may have some additional QT options but neither should be a deal breaker for most people.

I think it just depends on your preferred OS and what other software you want to run with it. (Although most commonly used graphics, animation and compositing programs are available on both platforms these days.)

Aside from what is probably close to identical cross platform functionality, one thing you may want to consider is that you can get a Cintiq-like experience using an iPad Pro/Apple Pencil without the clunky cable of the Wacom Cintiq 13HD. The cost can be about the same keeping your eyes on the lookout for sales. But you do not get the Wacom hardware buttons if those are important to you.
