Very bad picture quality

I wanted to continue to animate a walking man after saving it yesterday.
Yesterday all was ok. Not moving and moving man had good quality.
But today after opening my project the picture quality was bad like there are wholes in the forms
or like a pixel graphic:
And if I animate the quality is even worse:
On the first picture on the right side you can see the layers. I think yesterday there were a little red dot
in every layer. But now there aren't red dots anymore. So I think thats the reason for bad quality.
How can I get the red dots back to get better quality?
And yesterday I had the problem if I moving layers around the red dots where away and I had to redraw.
So what can I do to get good quality again?
Have I to have the red dots in the layers for good quality and why the red dots
are going away so often?

Red dots have nothing to do with quality (just swf optimization). Selecting a vector layer, or enabling antialiasing in the display quality settings will probably help the first image. Disabling GPU acceleration will fix the blockiness while playing the timeline.
But neither is a problem when you render the animation. These are only workspace display issues.

But I'm surprised because I think yesterday GPU acceleration was on, because
otherwise I couldn't disable it today. And yesterday I hadn't blockiness.
On File -> Project Settings... Antialiasing is checked. Is that what you mean?
If not, can you please say where to find display quality settings for turn on/off antialiasing?
Also if I double click on a vector in the tab Vectors Antialiasing is checked.
And is it possible to get a swf optimization afterwards for all layers and how can it be done?
I tested now to export as swf and image sequence and quality of exported files is good.
So it's only a problem to show it in good quality in Anime Studio but export quality is good.

Display quality is the "Anzeigequalitat: button in your first screen shot.
If you need to export to swf, read the user manual for dos and don'ts.

Now I have found the Antialiasing setup I think you mean.
In the window where the buttons to start/stop the animation on the right side there is a display button.
If I click on it I have a button for quality and right from the button I can check Antialiasing.
[Update]I saw you have answered it before I submitted this, thank you.
If I turn on antialiasing there and "Enable GPU" off I have good quality for moving and not moving man again.
So now I'm interested to know:
1) Why leads enabled GPU to bad quality?
2) How can I take on swf optimization for all vector layers afterwards?
