Is there a flip slected keyframe (timeline) option somewhere? I want to do the same action in reverse and it's really cumbersome moving all points manually.

Select all the keyframes and alt-drag in the opposite direction.

I don't think so, there was a script but it's old and probably wouldn't work now. Have you tried selecting the desired keyframes, and whilst holding Alt, drag the keyframes backwards to reverse the order? It's what I do and it's quick. Here's a quick gif just in case it helps:
