After reparenting no head anymore

The head was parent of the body. But I want the body the parent of the head.

So I reparented it in frame 0:

But after reparenting the animation (frame 1 to 30) has now no head anymore, for example frame 1:

a) You see in frame 0 the arrows for the legs are outside the legs. Is this ok?

b) Why is the head away after reparenting and how can I change this?

a) You've used the Offset Bone tool. That's why that parenting arrows are offset. You can reset this on frame zero, but you'll have to realign the art to the bones.
b) If you already had animation on the head bone or offset the bone, its coordinate system changed when you reparented it. You can reset the offset or relative keyframe the animation back into place.

Ok, thank you.
