Any ideas on how to improve is appreciated

It's good. His walk has a little attitude, a little flavor. There are two things I noticed and I know you noticed them too. His jacket has wrinkles and shadows but his pants don't. The difference makes his pants seem 'unfinished'.
The other noticeable thing is that the line on his left arm near his chest is popping in and out.

Thanks, yes they are unfinished I'm still working on it and the popping is the arm going in front of the body but it all went out of sync for some reason.
