Cintiq Right Click Not Working Sometimes

I have been using Anime Studio Pro with my Wacom Cintiq for years. I noticed that with the version 11, the right click on Wacom pen sometimes stops working. When it happens, I have to go to the desktop and click right button of the Pen, then come back to Anime Studio and it works. Is it an issue you know?
