I want to do a front walking cycle?
I made the legs and foot in two different layers?
Help?

There are plenty of examples and even tutorials out there on front walk cycles.
I recommend that you also post some pictures or movies to show us where you are stuck exactly.

Here's an example of one of my front walk cycles ... not the best but it does what I need



I'm using much more layers though.

Every shoe on a different layer (with multiple layers per shoe) :
