installing fonts in AS 11.0

to my question...just as the topic title says...
is it possible to install fonts in AS11
i only opened this thread cause i've checked the forum, and all topics and posts regarding installation of fonts seem to apply to versions 6 or so..
there are some really cool fonts i want to work with but can't seem to get to install them in AS11..

yes.. they are (.rtf files)
but they don't appear on my AS font library

.rtf stands for Rich Text Format, and it is a text file, not the font file.
Common extensions for fonts are .ttf .otf

i meant .ttf sorry..
i download my fonts from urbanfonts.com and dafont.com

thanks a lot....
they werent installed on my system afterall...just reinstalled the fonts and they show on anime studio..
