Hey there,
is there a way to export my custom keyboard shortcuts?
Is there a file that i could just copy on a different computer?
Thanks in advance

Yes. You can find a .json file with your shortcuts inside "Keyboard Shortcuts" in the Content folder.

Hey Victor,
there is no "keyboard Shortcuts" folder or a .json file in my content folder or some where else on my computer.
I´m on a mac, maybe its different there?

Maybe it could be different in MAc, but I think the Content folder is the same for both Mac and Windows.
Are you using version 11?
Did you define a custom Content folder?
Have you created your own set of shortcuts (with its own name)?

Yes, i´m on 11.2 pro, i did define a custom content folder and i created my own set of shortcuts.
Hmmm... strange. Anyways, the world won't end for me if i can't solve this.
Thanks

Hehe, I hope. Maybe the file is saved somewhere else. Try this. Create a new Shortcuts set and call it with a weird name, like "asdfvfg" or "wyeuidfn6". Then search that name in the finder, it should point you to the right folder.

So, after creating a new shortcut set a "Keyboard Shortcuts" folder emerged in my content folder with the new shortcut .json file in it. But, my older shortcut set (coming from an older installation, the one i originally wanted to export) is not there. it stays invisible... but i tend to simply ignore that!
I can now create my own shortcut set an take it to other computers. Problem solved!
Thank you Victor!
