Scale Multiple Layers / Hotkey for "Next Keyframe"

Hey! Trying to do something now, and I'd love to be able to scale more than one layer at a time, but I don't think I can. I can open that panel and adjust the opacity and all the "layer" settings of multiple layers, but I can't just make them all the same amount of "bigger".

Am I right in thinking that that can't be done right now?
Also, I would love a hotkey for "Next Keyframe". I'm trying to rough storyboard/pose something out with the new Frame by frame function, but I have to hit that tiny little button to get to the next drawing every time. I looked in the editable keyboard shortcuts, but it's not there. Is there any way to do that?
Thanks!

Sure you can. Put all the layers in a group layer, and scale that.

Uhm, you can select several layers at once and use the manipulation tool (M) to scale them all at once.

What jahnocli said. Grouping multiple layers is more or less the equivalent of parenting a bunch of objects to a null or locater in a 3D program and transforming everything from a single point. Just remember to position the Group's origin to where you want to scale or perform other transforms from.

Thanks for weighing in on this, guys! Turns out I was doing it wrong. :\
I was selecting a handful of Layers and then trying to scale them up with the Transform Points tool, and not the Transform Layer tool. The latter works MUCH better, and I don't have to put them in a group (which, by the way, doesn't work for Frame by Frame stuff, because once you take them back out of the group -to make them work as an FbF switch layer again- the resizing goes away, because it was done to the "group" layer and not the individual layers. Let that make up for my previous incompetence.)
And yeah! "Alt + the arrows" is what exactly I was looking for! Now what is this "manual" you speak of?
Seriously, thanks again. I'll get this bird off the ground yet!
