How do I move all 3 handles....

How do I move all 3 handles on a bezier controller in the motion graph and keep them all the same. Is it possible to lock the handles together so as I adjust a handle it adjust the same for x,y,and z. I have found this an issue if I am scaling a shape and using beziers to change the rate of scale change in the motion graph and have to match all 3 handles by eye.
And is it possible to move a key frame in the motion graph which has bezier handles and move all 3 keys for each of the x,y and z values move together rather than having to move each one separately and line them all up by eye.
