Papagayo Switch Layer Mouth Not moving with Animation

Hello,

I have a character that I am moving in my animation while he talks with a switch layer mouth from Papagayo. However, when I move my character, the mouth stays in the same spot on the page, rather than move with my character. My other switch layers are moving just fine and everything is within my character's bone layer.

What do I need to do to keep the the mouth anchored to my character?
