A Different Color In the rendered Animation

Hi
I have nearly finished my first animation. But there is A problem with the Color. When I rendered the Picture as "preview", the colors are the same as in my anime Studio Pro Window.
But If I render it as an MP4 the colors are not as good as they was in preview. Okay, they are not so colorful, because it is compressed. I can life with it. But the yellow is nearly an orange. I try to render with "ntsc compatibility" but nothing change.
When I render it as an Avi, the colors are right (only the Picture was stretched, but I think I has the wrong resolution - it was only for testing).
So shortly only the question how to get "real" colors in MP4. Or maybe isn't it possible..
