How I Can add an image?

Hi...
I have a problem with Add image To Anime studio
I try any format (jpg Or PNG or PSD) and version 10 or 11 anime studio. BUT I when import new file(jpg.PNG,psd) just show a white page Same size my image!
Please Help me,How i Can import a new image file To app and Show it normal ?
I waiting for your HELP ! Thanks

Do the file or one of the folders which content it have a character like áéíóúñ?
If so, try to changing the name of them.

THANKS for reply.No I using normal characters names! And I import sample image ready in app and I have same problem!

Ok, if you render a preview (Ctrl+R) is the image visible?
If it is, try going to Display Quality (at the bottom right corner of the screen) and check "Images" and "Smooth images".

Try disabling GPU acceleration.
