Vespaen Lip-Sync test

I've never really attempted to do real animation before, but yesterday I made a vector bust of one of our Heroes of Gheldrynn characters (tracing from our concept artist's sketch and, using one of the voice actor's outtakes, made a 3-second animation to test my steel at doing animation.
Once the film is funded, I have every intention of hiring a team, or a studio, to animate the full film, but I will likely be animating our pitch myself (utilizing my inexperience of animation to point out the fact that the film needs a more professional touch, since the film is a Fantasy Comedy and has many fourth-wall moments to it).
I only used two bones for his body and his head to make him lean forward and backward, but everything else is point animation. I just went frame by frame and tried to visualize how the mouthing would look for each phenome and went with it.
