Bone Audio Wiggle

I guess I misunderstand the Bone Audio Wiggle.
Does the bone activates the audio or the audio active the bone ?

I am interest in how to activate an audio via a bone move (action).
For example a hand punch will activate a sound file "yeah".
Will it be possible ? Thx.

Audio wiggles the bone, I often use it to enhance dialogue by adding a bit of audio driven wiggle to the head tilt, or even the spine.
You can even drive smart bones to make a slight tilt in a face which adds a subtle dimensionality.
