If I have 816 on my timeline, how many minuets is this ? When adding audio via "Garage Band", I need the time to coincide with the video.

depends on your frame rate (in file / project settings)...

easiest is to set preferences (AS11: edit / preferences / timeline) to SMPTE timecode and that will give you what you need.

you'll notice that on the timeline there are vertical rules, these represent seconds at your current framerate and are numbered... go to the end of your timeline and see what number it reaches.
