The Continuing Education Department of UTA is looking for an instructor for (2) two week camps beginning July 27th and ending on August 7th.
The camps run one in the morning (7-8 grade) and one in the afternoon (9-12 grade).
Prior teaching experience is a plus but not required. You must be able to handle a class of up to 16 students.
The end goal is hopefully a short movie or clip created by the class or teams.
There is a brief (30-45 minute) child protection training you will have to go through plus a background check.

The listing for the camps is below but the exact curriculum will be up to the instructor.
The pay is $25 per classroom instruction hour (6 hours a day for 5 days a week, 30 hours per week if both classes are taught)

In case you missed it from the subject this is in Arlington, Texas so you probably need to live in the DFW area.

I like this.

I live in Weatherford and would love to teach the classes but will be going on vacation during that time. There are a few others on this forum from the DFW area that might have the time.
