I have search all over for a solution to a problem i have been having for 2 months. finally, i decided to contact support, and so far i'm still trying to figure it out. support has been real patient, and have offer numerous solutions. i have been able follow along with the instructions, but the latest solution instructions have me stomp, because i'm a complete novice.

i have paste the instructions, and i'm hoping one of you can explain what he's telling me to do. here it is:

Gather Media should save the Project and all its components to the selected location.

Load the ANME File created there and see if the issue persists.

ZIP up the results of the Gather Media Command and upload to this incident.

in AS the File menu has a "gather media" options - when it prompts for "save as" give it the name of a (new and empty) directory [let's call it "Gather"] and all the files that your animation uses will be collected into that directory

open the AS file that is now in the "Gather" directory...

create a compressed (zipped) file and put all of the contents of "Gather" into it. Log on to the incident reporting system - there'll be an "upload" button comewhere ... give that the name of the compressed folder..
