Anime Studio Support is always MISSSING

What happens with the anime studio support???? ... Can anyone tell me????
They never solve any problems even I create many incidents.... They have the worse support EVER!!
They even NEVER answer any incident. I only received an automatic email telling that one incident was created.
Some of the incidents I sent in the past now appear as a SOLVED in the support historic.... and they NEVER solved any of my questions.
My last problem is that we just reinstall our MAC computers with the new Josemite System and after Deactivate licenses before uninstall AS we couldn't install it again.... so NOW WE CAN'T USE ANIME STUDIO even we paid for it.
THERE'S NO WAY TO CONTACT WITH THEM!!. In the past the only way was through a live chat but I tried these last days and the website said is not working.
Can anyone tell me how can I contact with the AS support?.
