This children's book trailer uses image files from the book's illustrator. The book is portrait format so images like the landscape had to be added to in photoshop to fit the wide video format. To do that as well as create other views of cars and characters, I drew in the illustrator's style, but it was hard to find exactly the right brush to duplicate her nice line. Also a lot of cutting, pasting, and cloning.
I love the warp, distort and puppet warp tools in photoshop and would like to create scripts to put them into my anime studio for image animation. This was my first time using target bones and a bone dial (door opening).The door was a vector outline with the fill a texture from the original art. Scenes were compiled and edited, as well as audio added and edited in photoshop.
AS wasn't working very well since my recent upgrade to Yosemite. Now that the project is done I'll follow support's recommendation to deactivate, uninstall and reinstall AS 10.

This looks great and even though it's a kid's book, I want to know who stole the carrot cake!

Also, we finally have an answer to why the chicken crossed the road: there was a crosswalk! Really, this is very cute and an excellent promo for the book.

Nice work. Everyday I like more this book trailers.
I would also love some kind of distort mesh for images in AS. It would be an awesome improvement and you could even create joint smart bones for images.
Maybe one day.
