Blurry vector imports, how can I make them clear?

I imported my work on Illustrator to Anime Studio 10, but the vector images look blurry.
I cut and pasted one of them to a new layer, but it became blurry again when I selected another layer.
When the imported images are active, meaning when I select the layer they are located in, the look clear. But as soon I selected another layer, they become blurry/fuzzy.

How can I fix this? Should I just retrace them from Anime Studio?

Thank you

Try disabling GPU acceleration in the preferences.

Ok that worked, thank you very much.

But why does it happen?

I closed and opened my document then enabling GPU hoping whatever causes this would be fixed, but the issue persists. Is there another solution? Disabling the GPU seems to be hiding a symptom of a problem.

My guess is that, while the GPU can speed up the display performance, it may also be taking certain rendering short cuts to make that possible. The CPU, while slower in this case, is probably rendering the element more properly that the GPU.

Just curious but was the degraded GPU accelerated image also visible in the final render or did it only affect the screen preview? If the result is sharp in the final render, I wouldn't be too concerned about the GPU display quality unless it's affecting your ability to set up and animate. Performance is usually more important in this situation.

Thank you for your response, the final result is clear. The vector objects look blurry only on the screen preview.

This sucks a little, but I am happy there is a workaround.
