On my character I want to place USMC on the left shoulder, I have selected the layer, "Freehand Tool", drawn out USMC, when manipulating bones the USMC does not move with the arm. I have tried the "Add Point" tool then bond to the arm bone, no luck, I have also tried bonding the arm layer to the upper arm bone, again, no luck. I created a new vector & made it USMC trying to merge it with the upper arm layer, no luck, I created a new animation with USMC & placed it in the upper arm, failure. What is the procedure for this, I have looked for tutorials without success. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

are you using the bind points or the bind layer tools.
