Re-set Library Content Default Location?

Can anyone tell me how to re-set the "Default Location for Library Content" in Anime Studio Pro 9? After moving some desktop folders around, I was asked when I started up Anime if I wanted to set the default location. Instead of "not now", I hit "never", as I was unaware that moving files would somehow distrurb the Library path. The actual content still seems to be somewhere on the computer, but how do I reset the content path to reconnect it to the Library?
