Quite a bit darker after uploading to youtube. LONG render time because I was getting some 3D flickers, had to export without multithread rendering enabled.
(Again, all done in Anime Studio.)
**EDIT** Added the second clip to show how it looks bringing in characters, but did a quick render so you can see the "twitchy" chair on the left. Not sure a way around it yet without just eating the longer render time. (Also just noticed how ridiculously white those shoe parts are. )
Pretty cool what AS can handle even if I'm way overtaxing it. Problem is, my backgrounds are getting fancier than my characters and animation

Very nice. If that is suppose to be a pool of blood, it reads too translucent to be instantly identifiable. Nice reflection though.

Thanks, still playing with some settings on the pool of "blood." Looks better before I upload to youtube, but I guess I'm not sure what you mean by too "translucent" though. There's technically no transparency through it to the markings of the floor, and is actually just functioning as a slightly reddish opaque surface with a reflection. Any recommendations on how to make it look more like blood? (I'm not saying it is or isn't supposed to be blood, but is supposed to look like it. : P )

Perhaps it just needs to be darker then. Maybe with some highlights around the edge to make it look thicker.

OK, the 3D quality is outstanding and the desks having actual "thickness" is incredible. But none of that matters because the sign about Comic Sans makes this instantly the best set ever.

Yeah, I agree. I'll play around with it a little more and see what I can come up with. I mean, technically it's a hole in the floor, so it's a little tricky. Also is that Dexter?

Haha, thanks. There's something about the irony of a sign banning comic sans written in comic sans that I enjoy.

I would have used masking instead of a hole, but you may be able to do a stroke around the hole with a varied line width. Yeah, it's Dexter.
