The face move seems just a touch flat, but the lip sync looks very good.
What I'd really like to know is how you got access to one of the many, many voicemails I get every day to use as the soundtrack?

That was creepy. I'm with Danimal on this one, her head seems to be too flat. I'd recommend adjusting the jaw line to accommodate with the changing of the angle. Also, when her head turns to the left, her right ear should enter our line of sight, but for some reason it goes behind her head. You could simply duplicate the ear layer and position it above the face layer and just turn the visibility on and off when the ear enters our line of sight, that way you could work around the stroke of the face.

The lip sync looks good, the face appears to just be sliding around on the head though.

Nice lip sync! The mouth positions look great. I would suggest to move the lion's mane and ears when you move the face so it looks like the head is moving, instead of looking like the face is moving around on the head.

Both of of ur lip synchs looks good. I have some criticism for both of them though to help you improve.
For the first one, as everyone said, the face looks kinda flat when it turns side to side. When her head turns, her eyebrows seems to phase under her hair lining sometimes. If those are bangs that are coming in front of her face, I take that back, but it looks more like her braids are on top of her head. When she talks, her jaw should move as well (unless this is your own style). The bottom needs squash and stretch if you are doing it realistically. This sounds boring, but I recommend you to draw your head from 3 angles (or how many u need) to get the movements done, then apply the lip sync techniques.
For Mr. Loving Lion, I think a little squash and stretch would be great when the lion is looking up and down. I same suggestions as above
