HI Everyone,
Just in case you haven't been following my Motion Graph editor thread… I have just learned that there are Motion Graph issues for everyone with a Retina display.
You may not be able to select or edit Keyframes in the Motion Graph Editor
This will be addressed in an update.

Quote from Smith Micro Tech Support:
There is a known issue with the Retina Display not being able to handle the Motion Graph.
This was suppose to be in the Readme, but apparently was not included.
This will be addressed in an update.
So if you have a Macbook Pro Retina you may want to hold off upgrading just yet.
Kind Regards
Dave

I have a retina display macbook pro.
When using Anime Studio with the Retina Display, I have no trouble editing the motion graph keys.

However, I also have 2 external monitors hooked up but even with them shut off, or the monitor set for "Best for retina display" at all the different choices, it still works fine. I am running OS 10.8.5.

Is there a specific situation that causes this problem?

Never mind. I already set Anime Studio to run in "low resolution mode". I don't remember setting it but it may be because during beta the updater just replaces the existing copy of the app which was set to "low resolution mode" previously.

Lost Marble wrote:If you select the Anime Studio application in the Finder, and choose the Finder's "File->Get Info" menu command, the information window will come up. Check the box labeled "Open in Low Resolution", restart Anime Studio, and the graph mode should be usable again.
