Who can create animal character for me?

Hi, I would like to do some small cartoons...so what I need is some movable animal characters which are look cute like this:

so is what possible for somebody to build them for me?
I need:
Sperm Whale
Hammerhead shark
blue whale
Elefant
Owl
Giraffe
Zebra

I'll do it. Custom character design and modeling at reasonable (if not outright ridiculous) rates!
