Locking Bones in a Skeleton question

Well okay i've used 3D programs' bone system before and i was wondering if the Inverse Kinematics in Moho has the ability to lock certain bones to make it stay in place, like say turn on the sticky figure. Like say i have already posed the character's body and i only want to move the hips while the hands and leg stay in place. How do i get around doing that ? Plus it'll be a lot easier for me to animate a walk cycle if the legs don't follow the hip bones, less floating effect.
Oh yeah i have to mention i'm using a demo version of it currently, might use the full version soon. Does it have anything to do with that ?
