This might sound too complicated.

So, does anyone think anything like this can be possible?

So you know how you can import vectors or trace them etc. Could there be a script that actually imports vectors that you can actually animate? Because when you import vectors they have too many points than given and when you trace them it traces I'm a ugly way and doesn't give you too much color.

I love Anime Studio with all my heart but I draw really good in pixel programs on my tablet.

If this is impossible I get it I can just always shift points for hours. XD

there's one standard tool - Draw / Simplify Curve - that will probably help ...

but ... IMO, importing (say) SVG or using image trace and then trying to fix the image to be usable in AS is often harder work than viewing the image (View / Select Tracing image) and manually tracing

I've just been doing that. Just tracing or drawing from scratch. I was just hoping there was a faster way for my art to be hod I actually draw it and not simplifying it so much to where it doesn't feel like I'm being creative while I animate.
