Selective Anti-aliasing. Is it possible?

Hi All. : )
I'm working on a 900x250 web banner for a site.
I'm finding that Anime Studio Pro 9.2, anti-aliasing, is causing the small details, for example,
eyes, to become small dark smudged holes.
Is there any way to limited the parts of the render that get anti-aliased?
Increasing the characters size, is not an option, and I have increased eye size, and reduced line thickness.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
