Scripting job

Hi,
I'm working with Lychee who develop a technique with AS but he's stuck now to finish his "ultimate puppet".
We looking for someone who could create a script to solve that problem.
How much did that could cost and how long that can take and at least what are the conditions about this futur script?
If someone is interested in that challenge just tell us.
